Abstract-Although the hardware and software technology affect the progress E-Iearning technology, but human­ computer interaction factor establishes the ultimate learning efficiency by another point of view. This thesis begins together with the analysis of digital technology, coming from a cognitive psychological perspective, analyzes and discusses the importance of the human-computer interaction design for E-Iearning. In this thesis, use image stimuli for instance of the intellectual environment, analyze the relationship involving the cognitive mindset and human-computer interaction. We have up a technique which can work with neural network algorithm to understand optimization from the scheme design for human-computer interaction system. Finally, an example was given which have verified the human-computer connection techniques.

1 . INTRODUCTION

E-learning is a production which will be made with the development of information technology. Especially, the connotation and file format of E-learning is increasing with the progress computer technology which use network since feature. Prior research in the field of E-learning focused on technological standards and means of content production, nevertheless , E-learning can be not a straightforward means of supporting teaching, you need to focus on " educating" and more pay attention to " learning". The best purpose of E-learning is good results which memory learning should be achieved. This individual Ke-kang is a teacher of Institute of Modem Educational Technology of Beijing Normal University, this individual pointed out that the E-learning won't be simply recognized as additional means that assist teacher to comprehend teaching, although should be even more emphasis on that as cognitive tools and emotional mindset tool which can promote self-employed learning [1]. In the point of view of human­ computer user interface design, Vincent Cho has studied the pum (Perceived User Interface Design) [3]; Line Kohls has analyzed the individualized interface design which can adapt to different learners [4]. Human-computer program design can be not a simple art design, which is designed not only to use beautiful view, bright in color, more important to adjust to people's intellectual psychology, and with very good human-computer discussion function. It will not only have a good guide for scholars, but as well meet the necessary of interactive hands-on potential, so as to attain good learning results. Based upon this, the thesis concentrates on the important impact of cognitive psychology for E-learning, and discussed the right way to expand the E-learning human-computer interaction design under the assistance of intellectual psychology. 2 . COGNITIVE MINDSET
